From 1 January 2023 Swiss radio amateurs are permitted to operate on the 4 m band. Operation is subject to the following conditions

• Only HB9 stations may operate
• Frequency allocation is from 70,000 MHz to 70,0375 MHz and from 70,1125 MHz to 70,500 MHz, i.e. no operation from 70,0375 MHz to 70,1125 MHz
• Max power is 25 W ERP
• All modes
• It is recommended to adhere to the IARU bandplan
• Only direct QSOs
• Unattended operation such as repeaters and Echolink are not permitted
• Remote operation has to be reported to the telecom regulator BAKOM

Ratel,  the Serbian telecom regulator, has granted access to the 4m band on 3 July 2020. The allocation is 69,9 MHz to 70,5 MHz.

The German Bundesnetzagentur has granted another period for 4 m operation in Germany than runs until 31 December 2020. The permit is valid for Klass A stations, all modes, max 25 W ERP, horizontal polarization and 12 kHz bandwidth.

This PA has been designed by Sergey EX8MLE and uses three Mitsubishi RD100HHF1 FETs. Please see more here.

Bulgaria expanded its allocation on 4 m to cover 69,9 MHz to 70,5 MHz 18 January 2019.

Dave, EI3IO, writes that the Falkland Islands Telecoms Regulatory Body has granted access to the 4 m band form 70,0 MHz to 70,5 MHz using a maximum power of 1 kW on a secondary basis since 15 November 2019.
